Like most rational people in America, I bet you are curious as to why Capitol Hill democrats and their puppet propaganda media are so concerned about the lives of narco-terrorists who import the drugs that kill tens of thousands of Americans each year. And I bet you are wondering why they don't seem to be nearly as concerned about the lost lives of the Americans, most of whom are in rural areas that vote red, despite a decades long "war on drugs."
Pete Hegseth was confirmed as Secretary of War by a 51-50 vote in the Senate after a cloture vote of 51-49. The GOP majority is 53-47 for those of you scoring at home. Remember all the leaks, lies, and libel during his confirmation process as the left tried their best to tear him down and destroy him? Why was there such an effort to destroy him and why was his confirmation vote so close? Because Hegseth was nominated to be a change agent, to transform the US military from a wasteful money laundering entity that was operating as a institute of social justice back to a battle ready elite fighting force.
Since the initial invasion of Afghanistan in 2001, the US military has operated with one hand tied behind its back. Although the military had many isolated successes, it was operated abroad as a tool of nation building, not of decisive and total victory. The rules of engagement were risk adverse and dangerous. The mission was never absolutely defined and fought in a reactive manner instead of a proactive manner. Training slipped as did standards. Bloat and waste were endemic, and since that benefited military contractors, lobbyists, and politicians, it grew out of control.
Domestically, recruiting and morale slumped- first under Obama and especially under Biden- and there was an ideological purge of both leadership and the ranks during the Biden presidency under the auspices of the COVID vaccine and DEI. That was not an accident.
Our military needed a reboot, which is why Trump nominated Hegseth. Hegseth is a Princeton grad, a successful media figure, and a combat veteran officer, the perfect muddy boots, outsider candidate picked to cut out the waste and bloat, eliminate DEI and social justice, restore military preparedness standards, and return the US military to the world's greatest fighting force; a lean, mean fighting machine- not a wasteful, politically correct, DEI social experimentation lab.
The sedition six video, the media tours of Mark Kelly and Elissa Slotkin, the manufactured outrage over the "double tap" video from September, the Libelous Washington Post "Kill them All" editorial, the hearings this week, the talk of the War Powers Act- all that is done with the intent of causing dissention in the ranks, to force Hegseth out, and damage Trump both politically and as Commander in Chief. That's the immediate intent, but it goes even deeper.
There are 3 phases of a color revolution as first described by Karl Marx and more recently in a comprehensive work by the late UMASS Poli Sci professor Gene Sharp called "The Politics of Non-Violent Action" and later detailed further in his guidebook entitled "From Dictatorship to Democracy." Sharp received four Nobel Peace Prize nominations for those two works on color revolutions.
The first phase is establishing opposition networks, financing, and a command structure, which was done during the Obama presidency and financed with donations from the private sector, government programs like USAID, grants, academia, and judicial settlements particularly with the False Claims Act against banks and mortgage companies, and of course activist volunteers.
The second phase is where we are now. In order to overthrow the government, the leadership must be discredited and military and law enforcement must be separated from the government. The politicians calling ICE fascists and Nazis, the media propaganda op, and the groups obstructing and protesting are part of this operation. The seditious six video and the entire media propaganda operation against first the Israeli operation against Hamas, then the Iran nuclear strike, and now Operation Southern Spear is intended to create dissention in the ranks and drive a wedge between the troops and law enforcement and the Trump administration.
Sharp's steps were "1) Encourage selective refusal of orders, 2) Appeal to soldiers' conscience and identity, 3) Create loyalty shifts, 4) Foster internal division in security forces, and 5) Promote noncooperation by military units." The goal is not to defeat the army, but to make it step aside. When the military and law enforcement refuse to suppress "protests," the government will collapse. This is why color revolutions appear to be non-violent, because the real victory happens inside the ranks of the military and law enforcement, before anybody even realizes what is happening.
What we are witnessing from the left is not reactionary or haphazard at all, rather it is a very organized and well thought out plan to overthrow the Trump administration, right out of the playbook. As for the republicans in congress and the executive branch, they need to act swiftly and with decisive force against those who are executing this seditious plan, far greater than what we've seen to date, or else the narrative will stick, gain momentum, and the nation will be imperiled both domestically and abroad.
Thomas Jefferson warned us 250 years ago when he said, "Seditious Acts are an experiment on the American mind to see how far it will bear an avowed violation of the constitution." He was absolutely right and it is high time we realize and identify what is going on and rise up to decisively stop it, regardless of what the democrats, media, and mobs think. We can't just let it go. The survival of the nation hangs in the balance.
