On Wednesday, exhibit 16 in the federal trial of Hunter Biden was introduced by federal prosecutor Derek Hines into evidence and certified under oath by an FBI forensic expert. The government knows it as exhibit 16, you know it as the Hunter Biden laptop, and the Biden family knows it by the title of Miranda Devine's best-selling book on it, "The Laptop From Hell."
Between that laptop, bank records, suspicious activity reports, sworn eye witness and conspirator testimony to congressional committees, and even video evidence of Joe Biden himself in Ukraine, there is irrefutable proof that Joe Biden and his family engaged in money laundering, tax fraud, bank fraud, wire fraud, mail fraud, bribery, pay for play, and corruption- enough to throw Biden in jail for decades.
The laptop from hell now enters the Pantheon of Democrat Cyber Crime, joining other famous computers containing damning evidence that should lead to the prosecution and conviction of prominent democrats by the dozens of a literal smorgasbord of crimes and corruption; the DNC Server that mysteriously disappeared in 2017, Anthony Weiner's laptop that mysteriously disappeared after his underage "sexting" conviction, Hillary Clinton's private server that was in a bathroom, her blackberry, the smart phones of the Mueller Special Counsel team and the January 6 Committee. All containing damning evidence of crime and corruption, all either disappeared, destroyed, or memory holed. All democrats, nobody charged.
When you total it all up, I bet there might be as many as 91 felonies combined that have been covered up, explained away with lies and spin, memory holed, or outright ignored, but the bottom line is they were not charged and prosecuted. Democrat privilege.
Yesterday, former Trump advisor Steve Bannon was ordered to report to prison on July 1 to begin his sentence for contempt of congress and the sham January 6 committee. I am old enough to remember when former Attorney General Eric Holder was held in contempt of Congress for failing to turn over documents related to the Fast and Furious scandal, which saw an American border patrol agent, Brian Terry, murdered by criminal drug dealers with weapons sold to the cartels that were being tracked by the DOJ, who then attempted to cover up the scandal, only to be outed by outraged ATF whistleblowers. Once again, the democrat was not charged. Democrat privilege.
I'm also old enough to remember when democrats challenged the 2004 presidential election in Ohio, the 2000 presidential election here in Florida, and the 1969 presidential election in North Carolina. None of those democrats challenging the elections or those advising and representing them were prosecuted. Democrat privilege.
What about Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, who organized and produced the now famous letter from the 51 former intelligence officials stating that the Laptop from Hell was Russian disinformation? What about Mark Zuckerberg and Jack Dorsey, whose social media forums censored all links and reporting on the laptop, banned the accounts of the New York Post, White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnaney, and eventually even President Trump himself?
What about the leadership of the FBI, CIA, and NSA, who lied under oath to the FISA court to fraudulently obtain warrants to spy on President Trump and his campaign, and then to Attorney General Jeff Sessions in order to get a special prosecutor appointed? Did any of them get prosecuted?
Nope, nope, and nope. Democrat privilege you see....
When the scales of justice are permanently tipped in one direction the balance of power that was carefully crafted by our founders becomes permanently altered. When those in power no longer fear consequences for crime and corruption under the law, they no longer fear the people, and government then becomes a government of men and not a government of laws, the people fear the government, not vice versa, and tyranny is the ultimate result.
That is the world we live in now. It isn't just the prosecutions and lawfare against President Trump and those in his circle, it is the coverup and failure to prosecute crimes and corruption in the democrat party, and the people are waking up.
Josef Stalin's right-hand man and chief of his secret police, Lavrentiy Beria, famously said, "Show me the man and I'll show you the crime." Our 5th, 6th, and 14th amendments were designed to protect us against that and guarantees a presumption of innocence, but nowhere in our constitution does it guarantee equal administration of the law as it relates to prosecutorial discretion. The 14th amendment comes close with its equal protection language, but stops short.
Instead, our system relies on the morality and sense of fairness among those that we the people entrust with that power, a covenant that has long since been broken in favor of the thirst for absolute power and ideological rule of a one-party elite. Our founders and framers knew that, with John Adams stating that "Our constitution was made only for a moral and religious people.
It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other." Adams and the framers, as well as patriotic, reasonable, educated Americans today, understood that public virtue is directly tied to private virtue, and the absence of either is a prolonged death sentence for the republic.
Democrat privilege is the product of that moral shortcoming and absence of virtue combined with the naked desire for absolute power.
To me, Martin Luther King said it best, "Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere. Since when do you have to agree with people to defend them from injustice? If it were not for injustice, man would not know justice."
Hopefully reasonable patriotic democrats and independents will wake up and heed the wise words of our greatest Americans, recognize this grave threat, and this November, join with us to re-elect President Trump and take the first step toward restoring the morality, virtue, and equal justice to our failing system, because there is no greater tyranny than that which is perpetrated under the shield of the law and in the name of justice by evil, power hungry, corrupt men.
