The 65 Project (March 29th )

On Wednesday, California Judge Yvette Roland, who was handpicked by state House Speaker Robert Rivas because of her political beliefs and history of donating to Obama, Harris, ActBlue, Newsom, the DNC, and several other far left politicians and activist groups, ruled that former Trump attorney John Eastman should be disbarred. The ruling was based on legal advice Eastman had given Trump in the days and weeks immediately after the stolen 2020 election. 

Over 33 days of testimony, there were mountains of forensic evidence and testimony showing election abnormalities nationwide- from physicist John Droz, retired DoD analyst Ray Blehar, Georgia Board of Elections contractors Seven Hills Strategies,  Kari Lake's attorney Kurt Olsen, and former Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Michael Gableman. 

Much of the testimony and evidence was struck down or not admitted by Judge Roland, who did exactly what she was tasked to do- bring the hammer down on anybody who dares represent Trump or any conservative, or present evidence of voting irregularities in blue precincts.

Despite being a very well respected constitutional scholar with a spotless resume, Eastman will be disbarred, and cancelled within the legal community.

Of course, like all the rest of the lawfare against Trump and his sphere, and conservatives in general, this is not a coincidence nor a reaction to a particular event. Quite the contrary. It is a very well planned and financed strategy that is a part of the comprehensive Lawfare strategy that would make Heinrich Himmler proud. It is known as the 65 Project.

The 65 project was launched by Media Matters and Priorities Action USA founder (and former GOP turncoat) David Brock, and is funded by George Soros. The purpose of the 65 Project is to "use the legal profession's own regulatory bodies to make life a living hell for anybody who dare represent a Republican."  Project 65 employs dozens of attorneys across 32 states whose sole purpose is to "file bar complaints and motions for sanctions to keep several hundred lawyers busy defending themselves," and to "not only bring the grievances in the bar complaints but to shame them and make them toxic in their communities and in their firms."

To say that they have been successful is an understatement. In Michigan, they convinced Obama appointed Judge Linda Parker to sanction every lawyer who had worked on election litigation for Trump in Detroit. The court ordered each lawyer to pay the legal fees of the DNC, Michigan democrat party, city of Detroit, and Governor Gretchen Whitmer, totaling $175,000, and attend quote "legal education classes." Three of them were disbarred.

There are currently 111 ethics cases in 26 states nationwide against conservative attorneys filed by the 65 Project, including against the afore mentioned Olsen and Eastman, and also other notable attorneys such as Kenneth Cheseboro, Sidney Powell, Senator Ted Cruz, Cleta Mitchell, Joe diGenova, and Boris Epshteyn.

Other groups such as the Lincoln Project, UnAmerican Bar, Shutdown DC, Lawyers Defending American Democracy,  and the Elias Law Group, are working hand in arm with the 65 Project to bring cases and ethics complaints against conservatives nationwide, and against former Trump DOJ officials William Barr and Jeffrey Clark, along with Guiliani and General Michael Flynn.

Elias and his group are trying to use the 14th amendment to disqualify from the ballot sitting Arizona congressmen Paul Gossar and Andy Biggs, and former Arizona state rep Mark Finchem. 

As you can see, this is a full frontal, all-out war on the 6th amendment and the American legal system, and this is just the beginning. The ultimate goal is a total takeover of the legal system, the federal courts and the supreme court, and to ultimately create a judicial system where Marxist left wing ideology is the unwritten law of the land, not our constitution nor our enacted laws, where the courts are completely politicized and omnipotent, where there is no adversarial legal opinion or representation, and the scales of justice no longer exist.

Then we will truly be a government of men, not a government of laws, and what we know as the great American experiment in self government will no longer exist.

Naturally, this has received almost no investigative media coverage, and very few legal scholars, high profile attorneys, or politicians have stood up against it, meaning that most Americans won't even know it is happening until the takeover is complete.  We had better wake up and start fighting before it is too late and blind partisanship has replaced blind justice. 

And when thinking about the left, democrats, their lawfare, and its protagonists like David Brock, George Soros, Marc Elias, Andrew Weissman, Merrick Garland, Jack Smith, Leticia James, Yvette Roland, Arthur Engeron,  Alvin Bragg, and Fani Willis... remember the immortal words of Sun Tzu, who said, "an evil man will burn his own nation to the ground to rule over the ashes."
