What I Am Thankful For (November 23rd, 2022)

Thanksgiving is a time of reflection, gratitude, sharing, and love. It is a time we set aside to give thanks for our many blessings both big and small. So what am I thankful for?

 I am thankful for a God who loves all of us, in spite of ourselves, unconditionally, and for eternity. 

I am thankful for the divinely inspired system of government that we have thus far managed to not completely screw up for 233 years.  

I am thankful for all of our freedoms,  from free speech to freedom of economic opportunity, and the fact that I didn't have to spend my youth like my ancestors did fighting in a foreign land to protect it.

I am thankful for our soldiers, law enforcement, and first responders, who are truly the thin blue line that heroically protect and serve us. 

I am thankful for the many role models, ancestors, pastors, coaches, teachers, and mentors, who have led by example and by inspiration. 

I am most thankful for my family who lift me up, and my friends who ground me.

I am thankful to those of you who have entrusted my company, Patriot Home Funding, and me, with the biggest investment of your lives and where you and your loved ones lay your head at night. On behalf of John, Ashley, Harley, and me, we are grateful and humbled by your trust.

Finally, I am thankful for all of you, the American Adversaries Army of listeners, who give us your time for 2 hours a day and this forum to hopefully entertain, educate, enlighten, and engage with you. To be allowed into your homes and cars daily is an amazing honor and we strive to be worthy of it.
